APS experts led the design and implementation of a state-of-the art Ground Transportation System that monitors, correctly identifies, and authenticates all commercial traffic entering the cruise areas via an Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) System. The primary detection equipment is installed on a structure which spans the inbound traffic, thus allowing it to track all commercial vehicles entering and leaving a Port and charge those ground transportation vehicles (Buses, Vans, Limousines, Taxis) with the applicable fees.
